Test manager for electric drives

Your Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for test management of electric axle drives, including:

• development and/or implementation of project-specific test strategies, in coordination with the project team, suppliers and customers
• organizational and technical management of a test team in the project
• review of system and component requirements relevant to testing.; creation and review of test specifications, including functional, performance, durability, and environmental tests
• commissioning and control of the planned test activities in-house and at suppliers, regarding costs, quality, and deadlines
• error management, interpretation, and presentation of results and test coverage to internal and external customers.

Your Qualifications

• university degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or similar
• English language – both written and spoken command
• German language is an advantage
• good knowledge of electric drives and control technology for automotive applications
• professional experience in the automotive industry development, with a focus on testing of electric drive systems, including power electronics
• understanding of the development phases of complex mechatronic systems (e.g. V-model)
• experience in handling product development management tools (e.g. Windchill RV&S, IBM Doors)
• knowledge of common automotive standards (e.g. ASpice, ISO 26262)
• independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, as well as very good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
• analytical and system thinking, good organizational skills

Offered salary

1800-2300€/month- higher salary requirement can be considered based on previous experiences
