Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Team Leadership & Development: Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing team of digitalization specialists.
  • Shopfloor Digitalization: Coordinate the technical rollout and continuous improvement of shopfloor applications (e.g., paperless production, tool consumption management, digital Shop Floor Management, and MES integration).
  • Acquisition and prioritiziation of shopfloor data analytics and Low Code No Code application demands with key stakeholders from Division, business division and plants
  • Focus on business value evaluation in comparison to allocated resources = positive business case or qualitative benefits
  • Strucutured make or buy evaluations together with the technical experts based on functional and non-functional requirements
  • Project & Portfolio Management: Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking to ensure tangible operational cost savings and ROI.
  • Systems Integration & Governance: Align digital solution deployment with core enterprise architectures (e.g., SAP, Azure) and promote standards across global sites.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary contact person between plant management, central IT, and global functions.

Your Qualifications

 

  • Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in IT/digitalization within a manufacturing environment, including direct Team Leadership / People Management experience.
  • Strong technical background in shopfloor digitalization.
  • Proven track record leading digital solution implementations connecting enterprise platforms (SAP, MES, SCADA, Azure).
  • Practical understanding of data analytics, process automation (RPA), and modern digital manufacturing trends.
  • Languages: Slovak (fluent / native required for local base operations), English (B2/C1 minimum for international leadership), German is a plus

2600,- gross + 5% yearly bonus.
