System Solution Integrator (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities

As a System Solution Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating IT projects and integrating our Operations IT software into the internal customer environment. Your primary mission is to understand and analyze on-site production and logistics processes, enabling seamless system adoption and continuous product enhancement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business units and Operations & Service teams, you will bridge customer needs with product development to deliver optimized software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis & Clarification

• Analyze and clarify technical production and logistics processes at customer production plants.
• Collaborate with site teams to capture and understand existing workflows and operational challenges.

2. Concept Development

• Develop technical and functional concepts such as business data models, interface specifications, and process designs tailored to customer requirements.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency via our software tools.

3. Customer Consultation

• Provide expert advice to customers on process improvements aligned with internal standards and best practices.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers during the integration lifecycle.

4. Documentation & Requirements Management

• Document customer requirements comprehensively along with the corresponding processes.
• Ensure technical documentation is thorough, clear, and accessible for all stakeholders involved.

5. Project Management & Coordination

• Lead IT project management relating to software integration, including the structuring, milestone planning, and deadline management.
• Act as liaison across product owners, internal stakeholders, and product development teams to align objectives and delivery schedules.

6. Technical Configuration & Support

• • Configure the Operations IT software on the customer's infrastructure to meet the specific project needs.
  • Provide on-site commissioning support to ensure successful software deployment and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical process analysis within production and logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of IT systems integration and software deployment in industrial settings.
• Ability to translate business and production needs into technical solutions and concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and cross-team collaboration.
• Competency in managing multiple project milestones and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on approach in software configuration and operational support.

Reporting and Collaboration

You will report to the Solutions Management team and work closely with product owners, operations & service teams, and business units to ensure the highest quality software experience for our customers.
