System Test Manager for Mechatronic Actuators

Your Key Responsibilities

• responsible for a team of system integration and system test engineers
• development and/or implementation of the overall product test strategy, and alignment to lower integration levels, including software, electronics, and mechanics
• responsibilities for budget planning, timing, and quality of testing activities, including verification plans and test coverage
• sub-project lead for system testing, including management of system integration (HW/SW), functional, environmental and durability tests
• direct reporting to the project manager and regular communication with internal and external customers

Your Qualifications

• university degree in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, vehicle technology or similar
• English language – both spoken and written command
• German language - advantage
• experience in testing of mechatronic systems, preferably in the automotive sector
• understanding of the development phases of complex mechatronic systems (e.g. V-model)
• experience in handling product development management tools (e.g. Windchill RV&S, IBM Doors)
• knowledge of common automotive standards (e.g. ASpice, ISO 26262)
• independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, as well as very good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
• analytical and system thinking, good organizational skills

Offered Salary

2000 - 2500,- €/month - higher salary requirement can be considered based on previous experiences
