Your Key Responsibilities

Product design: hybrid modules, e-axles, actuators,gears and housing
Component design according to standards and recommendations
Release of drawings and change management according to existing standards
Release of production deviations, requirements for changes and changes in design
Strength analyses (FEA, analytical)
FMEA interpretation with respect to manufacturing variations
Evaluation of the guidelines for the design of test stations and existing standards or recommendations
Adaptation of test stations and prototype tools
Support for departments and customers in the area of technical solutions

Your Qualifications

English or German – communication level
MS Office - advanced
Experience in design area of automotive min. 3 years
Knowledge for technical drawings and definitions for stage drawings of product
Keen on Manufacturing Processes and their interaction with Design and Quality
Knowledge of PTC Creo Parametric – level specialist

Other qualifications

Knowledge of Ansys V18.2 - an advantage
Knowledge of screws, oiling and ventils
High motivation with open mind and high flexibility
Good technical understanding
Understanding for tolerances, datums and quality

Offered Salary

1300 – 2000€/month – higher salary requirement can be considered based on previous experiences
