OT security governance specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance with regulatory, customer-specific, and internal requirements in the area of OT (Operational Technology) security governance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve OT risk management methodologies to systematically identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks within our operational technology environments.
• Create and maintain governance documentation related to OT security, ensuring clear and consistent standards.
• Ensure the maintenance of relevant OT security certifications and internal standards and prepare our sites for successful certification and audit processes.
• Drive the strategic development of the OT security organization through KPI-driven reporting and implement measures for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to push for clearer governance

Your Qualifications

• A university degree in computer science, a technical discipline, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Professional experience in IT security, OT security, or IT audit.
• Basic knowledge with common IT security tools.
• Knowledge of essential IT security standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0, and TISAX.
• Experience in developing and applying risk management methodologies
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, negotiation ability, and a confident professional demeanor.
• Advanced level of English, German language skills are welcome.
