Your Key Responsibilities
- Computer modelling of components and systems using FEM (Finite Elements Method), with a focus on electromagnetic and thermal aspects of traction electric motors
- Implementation, evaluation and postprocessing of electromagnetic and thermal FEM analyses for various motor designs and operating conditions
- Discussion of results and recommendations with internal and external customers
- Creation of internal as well as customer reports in a foreign language (English or German)
Your Qualifications
- Degree in electrical or mechatronical engineering, with a specialization in electromagnetic and/or thermal simulations
- Minimum 2-year practice with FEM analyses of traction electric motors in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of the electric drive system and its subsystems/components, especially the motor design and performance
- Experience with Ansys software, Abaqus is an advantage
- Proven theoretical knowledge in the field of applied mechanics, electromagnetism and thermodynamics
- English language at a communicative level, German language an advantage
- Independence, systematicity, structured way of work
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

2000,- - 2500,- Final offer depends on experiences
