Your Key Responsibilities
As an FMEA facilitator, you analyse products and processes together with an interdisciplinary project team from the perspective of functional weaknesses in development and production.
- Coordination, implementation and management of D-FMEA (system and component level) and P-FMEA (production and assembly) of mechatronic products
- Facilitating group sessions within interdisciplinary teams
- Providing "Lessons learned" from previous projects
- Processing FMEA results in the form of reports
- Presentation of FMEA results (internally and to customers)
- Use and operation of IQ-FMEA software (from APIS)
Your Qualifications
- University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or other related field
- English language at a communicative level (written and verbal)
- German language is an advantage
- Experience in R&D min. 1 year
- Experience in FMEA moderation
- Knowledge of AIAG/VDA standards (FMEA)
- Knowledge of IQ-FMEA software from APIS an advantage
