Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • E-machines and power electronic components simulations by means of the Finite Element Method (FEM)
  • Electromagnetic design optimization based on simulation results from Multiphysics analyses (e.g., thermal coupled analyses)
  • Creation of standardized workflows and toolchains to interface electromagnetic simulations to other tools
  • Evaluation and postprocessing of simulation results
  • Discussion of results with internal and external customers
  • Creation of internal as well as customer reports in a foreign language (English or German)

Your Qualifications

 

  • Degree in electrical and/or mechatronic engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2-year practice with EM analyses in an industrial environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of EM simulation software, Ansys Maxwell is an advantage
  • Solid foundation in electromagnetics, power electronics is an advantage
  • English language at a communicative level, German language an advantage
  • Independence, systematicity, structured way of work
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Offered salary

 

 

2000 - 2500,- €/month - higher salary requirement can be considered based on previous experiences
