Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end service performance of assigned applications.
- Act as the main contact for business users, IT teams, and external vendors regarding application-related issues and requests.
- Coordination of new crypto requests from product teams, including requirement clarification, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- 3rd-level support according to SLAs, including incident handling, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvement.
- Implementation of requirements based on defined standards and the technology stack; creation of reusable solutions and automations.
- Product ownership for developed cryptographic components and services, including lifecycle management, roadmaps, and quality assurance.
- Oversee day-to-day support activities and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, development, and operations teams to maintain application health.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, including escalation handling and service reviews.
- Maintain application documentation, including support procedures, process flows, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure the application remains aligned with business needs, technical standards, and governance requirements.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in application support and operations
- Knowledge of 3rd-level support and incident management
- Ability to coordinate requests between business, IT, and vendors
- Experience with root-cause analysis and problem solving
- Technical skills in implementing solutions and automations
- Experience maintaining documentation and processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ownership mindset with focus on SLA, quality, and continuous improvement
- Experience with cryptographic solutions and security-related areas is a plus
Salary
From 3000,- Eur/gross + 5% year variable bonus
