Your Key Responsibilities
- 按照集团供应商管理规范，完成第三方服务商的筛选、评估与服务质量管控（涵盖招标、标准作业流程、合同、报价、保险、服务费率、关键绩效指标、定期会议、行动计划、款项支付等环节）
- 筹备并组织与第三方服务商的月度、季度定期会议
- 更新日常运营对接与问题升级沟通的联系人窗口信息
- 设定关键绩效指标基准，通过关键绩效指标分析、跟进整改行动监督服务商服务水平
- 收集并更新服务商基础信息，完成归档
- 回复成本问询并整理常见问题答疑
- 协助开展其他供应商管理相关项目
- 新业务/新市场/新客户落地启动的协调工作，明确物流服务标准与绩效指标；
- 协助开展其他供应链项目，牵头开展VLS供应链管理及评估项目
- 完成直属主管安排的其他工作任务
- 分析VLS供应链实际成本与预算、预提成本的差异，优化实际发票付款流程、预算流程及预提流程
- 负责物流及项目的预算规划
- 分析预算超支与结余的原因，和物流职能团队跟进整改进度
- 按成本要素维度和供应商维度制定物流成本预算与预测
- 梳理并管理供应链部门下所有成本中心
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，物流、经济学或法学相关专业
- 具备跨国企业物流/客户服务领域至少3年工作经验
- 拥有丰富的国际贸易与供应商管理经验，深入了解国内及国际商业法规
