Your Key Responsibilities
- Support all test phase activities during the development lifecycle
- Responsible for test plan creations, test execution, documentation, and compliance review
- Create and execute manual test scripts
- Performing and documenting functional testing and regression testing
- Record and track software deviations, defect handling and tracking
- Maintenance of existing manual test cases
- Regular coordination with all relevant departments
- Development of solution approaches regarding the test processes (manual, integration)
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing (mandatory)
- Proven experience in testing Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA, X‑Ray, and Confluence for test management and ISTQB Certification Fundamentals (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Strong focus on quality assurance, process compliance, and continuous improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Very good command of English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
