Your Key Responsibilities
- To support and represent sub-region Korea, SEA and Japan in daily operational and escalation to Head of SGS-P A/P
- To ensure smooth communication between category buyers and Purchasing Procurement Team
- To ensure monthly reporting are fullfilled in timely manner for sub-region Korea, SEA and Japan and escalation to Head of SGS-P A/P
- Processing of incoming purchase requisition/purchase orders/scheduling agreements (e.g checking for completeness and further data processing and transmission, etc)
- To ensure KPI, target achivement within the acknowledged SLAs between country locations.
- To ensure successful handling, transmission and support of Service Now ticketing platform.
- Implementation of order processes (e.g. delivery schedules, SAP orders, corretion of B2B documents, COUPA, Purchasing Tickets (ServiceNow) etc.)
- Processing of order confirmation, monitoring of delivery dates, and processsing of escalation measures if necessary
- Perform data and content management activities
- Processing of workflows in the system (e. g. "invoices with price block") and other deviations from the Finance department's standard inovicing / payment process
- Material master maintenance process
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor in Logistics/ Procurement/ Purchasing or any related field
- Purchasing/Procurement Knowledge, SAP MM, Korean Language Speaker, writer Proficiency would be Mandatory
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience
