Your Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Lead university engagement initiatives, including career fairs, campus events, and internship programs.
- Drive employer branding activities, both online and offline, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Onboarding & Immigration Support
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new-joiner experience.
- Support work permit and visa processes, including renewals and coordination with third-party immigration partners.
- Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- HR Operations & Analytics
- Manage HR operational processes including ServiceNow tickets, exit management, and employee documentation.
- Support reporting and analytics, including monthly dashboards, attrition analysis, and HR metrics tracking.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to align with global processes and systems.
- Learning & Development Operations
- Coordinate training nominations, logistics, attendance, and post-program feedback collection.
- Maintain training records and support execution of the annual learning plan.
- Partner with internal and external trainers to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably 3–5 years).
- Knowledge of onboarding best practices and employee experience principles.
- Familiarity with immigration processes, work permits, and visa regulations
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of HR processes including exit management and documentation.
- Experience in coordinating training programs and managing logistics.
