Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction, support & coaching to team members, ensuring they understand their roles & responsibilities
• Manage & ensure smooth day-to-day operation activities, sufficient manpower support during public holiday
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI target achievement
• Handle escalation from the daily operational tasks, including proactively identify potential issues,  challenges and process improvement/automation arising from operational activites
• Maintain & update good quality of Desktop Procedure (DTP) and relevant audit documentations in timely, organized and up-to-date basis
• Assist and coordinate in all audit preparation activities
• Coordinate, support and implement new service whole transition related activities
• Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment & collaboration on their needs and expectations are met, addressing any concerns
• Prepare and analysis monthly reporting with data accuracy in timely basis
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Your Qualifications

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Procurement knowledge
• System knowledge in SAP, Coupa
• Engligh proficiency in writing and speaking
• Team management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Result oriented and collaborative work style are required.
• Familiar with standard tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point
• Bachelor degree or above in university
