Your Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and check orders against contracts; create, book and confirm sales orders based on purchase orders from customers or sales representatives
  • Coordination of prices differences in commercial condition and missing information, material discrepancies with internal sales
  • Check references to quotations or contracts
  • Change orders and update quantity contracts (customer driven)
  • Maintnenance and implement changes in scheduling agreements in alignment with end-customer; quantity increase/decrease, postponement or scheduling agreement delivery date change
  • Handle delivery blocks
  • Check order entry via MEDIAS and in case of any error, makes corrections in SAP
  • Process EDI errors for external sales order
  • Download demand orders from customer portal and upload delivery information to customer portal
  • Create and send order confirmation to customer
  • Handling of customer inquiries & case creation in Salesforce Service Cloud (such as Delivery Improvement/Order Change request)
  • Monitor all delivery notes (DN) are created without errors and, if necessary, issue DN manually
  • If applicable, request and cross-check all necessary shipment documents and conditions
  • Handling of delivery exceptions (special transport)
  • Delivery coordination with Transport Management; request for proof of delivery and, if applicable, follow up on shipment documents

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or comparable specialization
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in a customer service or demand management position of an international organization
  • Good knowledge of SAP Module, Salesforce service Cloud advantageous
  • Proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • English language level allowing business communication (mandatory)
  • Customer centricity; maturity to communicate and negotiate with customers
  • Preciseness and carefulness in terms of data handling
  • Compliance management
