Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and implements HR administrative processes, and provides broad functional advice to assigned area of responsibility.
- Perform a range of HR administrative activities.
- Analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them.
- Provide functional advice on HR-related matters to employees.
- Act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required.
- Provide guidance to less experienced Administrators.
