General Description
The position is responsible for all transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services activities for Japan
Your Key Responsibilities
- Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (eg. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data)
- Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up-to-date
- Participating the transferring of processes from internal customers to Shared Services
- Providing feedback to drive continual improvement
Your Qualifications
- HR Generalist with min of 3-5 years working experience is encouraged to apply!
- Cross-cultural experience gained from working culturally diverse environments
- Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentially
- Proficient in HR systems, Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
- Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus
- Language skills (Japanese @ N2) is a MUST
- Involve in Knowledge Transfer, Go live processes and activities from Japan entity to Malaysia Shared Service Center.
