Your Key Responsibilities
- The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the process to identify and address any potential gaps. They will be responsible for implementing mitigations or solutions to avoid process inefficiencies. Additionally, the role requires benchmarking processes against other regions to inform decision-making and ensure appropriate actions are taken considering regional exceptions.
- Ensure that all activities within projects, processes, and systems are aligned with HQ and AP strategy.
- Build up and ensure proper project management culture and competence in the Finance team.
- Strategic thinking and "connecting the dots" in order to provide guidance in relation to processes andsystems; and projects and initiatives in AP
- Ensure proper implementation and follow-up of recommendations in internal and external audit reports.
- Support FSSC (Finance Shared Service Center) in the implementation and continuous improvement of its processes and organization.
- Support ICS ( Internal Control System) as Process manager.
- Participation in the EP1 FICO system, which is now used in all Asia-Pacific countries, as well as driving process and infrastructure improvements.
- Support for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) demands.
- Coordination of business requests and project requirements across headquarter, regional and subregional.
- Proactively participate in the organization’s RfC (Request-for-change).
- Support Shared Service Center’s continuous improvements in processes.
- Demonstrate initiative to follow up on internal and external audit recommendations, in particular in the internal controls area.
- Analyses of internal and external data.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Maintains a high level of internal and external confidentiality.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Finance and Project Management is required
- Working experience in process and change management
- Extensive experience with auditing, compliance, and shared services topics
- Profound SAP knowledge in FICO, including interfaces to other SAP modules
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- The ability to learn new skills using technologies
- Capability to effectively communicate and collaborate across functional teams and multiplestakeholder levels within the organization
- Is self-motivated, dedicated and has a high degree of resilience
- Detail-oriented and with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrate an initiative to review and improve existing operations, projects and processes
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
