Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable activities accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures, and meet SLA/KPI targets.
- Check and process invoices in a timely manner, adhering to SOPs, business controls, and country/local legal requirements.
- Check and process staff claims in a timely manner, adhering to SOPs, business controls, and country/local legal requirements.
- Support payment preparation and ensure payments are approved and processed according to the scheduled timeline.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Support special projects (e.g., job transitions) and initiatives as assigned by management to improve efficiency and productivity within the Shared Service Center.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Draft and continuously update work documentation (DTP).
- Support team members in issue resolution, including providing guidance/training.
Your Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance operations or a similar role within a Shared Service Center environment.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience guiding a small team and in continuous process improvement is a plus.
