Your Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches under Schaeffler TruPower product range in Southeast Asia.

- Develop marketing and communication plans, including digital initiatives, supporting the overall Malaysia growth strategy

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive product rollouts in local and regional markets.

- Create, update and provide sales tools and collaterals such as presentations, brochures, display material for sales teams to effectively sell the product.

- Design and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption.

- Utilize various marketing channels including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, sponsorships and events. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Adjust tactics based on market insights from sales team to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

- Work closely with external service providers such as marketing agencies and event companies to ensure enhanced brand awareness of Schaeffler products. 

- Manage and plan industry-related trade shows and events and provide post-event reporting 
 

Your Qualifications

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Arts or related fields
- Has a minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in marketing fuction for fast pace and multi-national Consumer or B2C product industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, and brand management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skills in coordinating across teams, with strong time management.
- Good knowledge in digital marketing including SEO and SEM, social media planning, digital marketing campaign management and analytics
- Good understanding of using Brand Guidelines, Brand Assets and Brand Toolkit
- Proactive and hold ability to work independently as well as in multi-national groups
