Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support APCR/APPC (AP Country Responsible/ AP Product Champion) on their request 
  • Prepare and update reports from existing data bases to serve reporting needs of ILS AP team
  • Share updates (such as e.g. portfolio updates, success cases, guidelines, SFDC [FULL Details of Regional new and overdue opportunities- Bi-Weekly or Monthly], PoC/ PoV/ SEEDING status) with the AP sales community via email distribution lists, VIVA 
  • Support PR/PO process, including creation, good receipt, PFR creation, and payment submission.
  • Support ILS AP during annual price adjustment process and investigate on margin leak
  • HQ/customer visit management (
  • Organize events, including sourcing locations, hotels, arranging transportation, dinners, logistics of shipments, etc)
  • Coordinate, plan, organize, support campaign and initiative execution, any face-to-face trainings, Go To Market activities in alignment with APPC/ APCR (article numbers, pricing, coordinating with HQ Verticals, pricing, legal, demand management and marketing team)
  • Assist in scheduling recurring and review meetings (e.g. ILS AP Management Meetings, ILS AP Teams Meeting, AP Townhall, Heads Alignment Meeting, Global Vertical Alignment and Preparation meetings)
  • Align HR HCO allocation with Controlling and HR
  • Maintain competence matrix, Industrial Lifetime Solutions Overhead area controlling document for ILS AP community
  • Manage competitor platform within Teams. (incl BATTLE CARDS)
  • Support annual investment planning for consumables and non consumables

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders from different countries and cultural background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Outlook, …)
  • First experience in event management, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Able to work on reporting and be accurate in providing the data   
  • Familiarity with Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) desired.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in technical training coordination or knowledge sharing initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PR/PO processes and financial documentation are desired.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or meetings would be appreciated.
