Your Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of escalation measures relating to Supplier management if necessary.
  • Perform Supplier Management task. (e.g " supplier blocking/unblocking, supplier onboarding(review Coupa Supplier Information Management Form 1,2,3), uploading documents, supplier data Creation and maintenance")
  • Perform services within the scope of Outsource Services process. (e.g "Supplier Assessment Questionaire, Supplier Evaluation, Cost Value Analysis") & any possible new services
  • Processing of commodity/category specific requirements (e.g document handling and DMS) maintenance process
  • To ensure KPI, target achivement within the acknowledged SLAs between country locations.
  • To ensure successful handling and resolve queries via Service Now ticketing platform
  • To maintain Catalog/Punch-out system
  • To handle any ad-hoc task from superior

Your Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Procurement related experience 
  • Knowledge in SAP MM, Coupa system
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English
