Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and manage employees in agile roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, People & Competence Manager), including succession planning and onboarding
- Oversee the transfer, implementation, and smooth operation of IT products and processes, ensuring compliance and continuous documentation.
- Conduct monthly KPI and cost analyses, propose corrective actions, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate IT investment plans, budget proposals, and project governance, including preparation for annual audits.
- Support and advise project leaders in improvement, transition, and digitalization initiatives.
- Handle customer escalations using the defined escalation matrix and ensure problem-free service delivery.
- Monitor product/process changes, capacity studies, and resource allocation to maintain performance.
- Foster employee engagement, employer branding, and personal development through coaching and support.
- Provide quality documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Identify competence gaps and collaborate with product owners and development teams to close them
Your Qualifications
- University degree (Diploma, Master’s, or Doctorate) in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the functional area
- At least 5 years of people management experience, covering performance management and talent development
- Proven experience in building and developing shared service organizations or similar structures
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational change management expertise
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Knowledge of quality management methods and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP R/3 (SD, MM modules), SAP APO, and Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with constructive assertiveness and conflict resolution capability
- Strong process orientation, methodical approach, and negotiation skills
- Analytical reasoning and sound judgment, with ability to present and implement complex technical issues in multi-stakeholder environments
- Results-driven mindset with motivational and persuasive ability
- Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive action orientation
- Fluent in business English
