Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and growth targets for SMT and LUB product lines across APAC, setting the regional strategy in line with global ILS priorities.
- Lead go-to-market execution: pricing, channel strategy, distributor and direct-sales enablement, and demand generation across APAC markets.
- Position SMT and LUB as part of the full OPTIME Ecosystem, working with the wireless vibration monitoring and ProLink CMS teams to build combined-solution proposals rather than standalone product pitches.
- Build and coach a regional team of sales and product specialists across key APAC countries.
- Partner with global product management to feed APAC market requirements (regulatory, application, competitive) into the product roadmap.
- Drive customer-facing engagements with strategic accounts — industrial maintenance managers, reliability engineers, and procurement — translating technical capability into measurable uptime and cost-of-ownership outcomes.
- Manage distributor and channel-partner relationships across the region, including onboarding, training, and performance review.
- Track and report regional performance (revenue, pipeline, install base) to ILS regional and global leadership.
- Ensure consistent, accurate representation of product capability and cybersecurity/compliance posture in customer and tender communications.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum related Engineering Degree level and ideally additional business qualification
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct industrial sales preferably with a strong track record of success in MRO/Industrial Services environment.
- Experience: Previously worked with Condition Based Maintenance solutions as part of maintenance strategy
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate indirect teams, with a strong focus on employee development
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
