Your Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Support for SAP Human Resources (Personnel Management/Payroll/Time Management) 
  • Business Demand feasibility / Requirement Study and realization of HR Strategic & Digital Initiatives  
  • Preparation of Business Flow, Blueprint in consultation with Business Department 
  • Project / Requirement implementation on SAP HR customization 
  • Execute IT projects with quality deliverables and within the scheduled time and budget 
  • User Support (First and Second Levels) in daily operations & trouble shooting of problems for SAP 
  • HCM-Payroll, Time Management, ESS & MSS modules. PCR & Schema related changes 
  • Preparation of testing scenario, test data and solution testing in consultation with Business Department 
  • Coordination and communication with RHQ and HQ team of SAP – HCM specialists 
  •  Imparting Training to Key Users / User for the process & productivity improvement 
  •  Service oriented approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Implementation of HR relevant IT Project Demands  
  • 2nd level support as Business Application Management   - SAP HR consulting request , - SAP HR program change request. 
  • Support business for authorizations in SAP 
  • Role change request and execution 
  • Complete responsibility for SAMS & SAMS 2.0 (User training and awareness) 
  • Support projects for authorization management and role assignments. 
  •  Support in SAP system management. 
  •  Support projects and incidents for Master Data Management 
     

Your Qualifications

 

  • Graduate / Postgraduate / Engineering in computer or related field 
  • 7-10 years of experience in related field
  • 3-5 years in SAP Roles & Authorization along with MDM knowledge 
  • Trained in system analysis, design & development with SAP HR certificate. 
  • Consulting capability for SAP HR (Personnel Management/Payroll/Time Management) 
  • Knowledge of SAP HR (Personnel Management/Payroll/Time Management) 
  • Skill of SAP development Tool(ABAP) 
  • Fluent in English, Korean would be an asset.  
  • Understanding about ESS solution 
  • Understanding about HR legal requirement/changes in Korea and India would be an asset.
