Your Key Responsibilities

  • Management of assigned employees
  • Participation in the transfer of Information Technology products and related tasks and activities (particularly regarding recruitment and qualification)
  • Participation in ensuring that the transferred processes are initiated, implemented and run without issues
  • Handling of customer escalations based on the defined escalation matrix
  • Legally compliant organization of the transferred procedures and processes within the Information Technology function and ensuring problem-free operation, including continuous documentation of the procedures and content
  • Further development and configuration of the Information Technology function as part of global IT organization within the A/P Shared Service Center
  • Assists project leaders in local and central departments which are conducting improvement or transition projects
  • Assists on further optimization projects to optimize and digitalize processes and tools
  • Performs monthly analyses of KPIs, key figures, analyses, proposes and tracks actions to fit planned spending
  • Sets up further corrective actions for actions and / or cost-cutting activities that have not proven effective\
  • Is responsible for complete governance, including in preparation for annual audits
  • Participates in SSC IT project budget planning and controlling
  • Responsible for coordinating the IT investment plan and cost proposals, justifying, documenting, submitting for approval and running the projects in plan, in strict correlation with loading of capacities
  • Establishes together with the hierarchical superior optimizing projects and measures to achieve budgeted cost objectives
  • Organizes, tracks and provides resources for the processes implemented in SSC IT Service Delivery
  • Monitor the implementation of product and / or process changes
  • Responsible for coordination of the periodic analysis of capacity studies in the SSC IT Service Delivery department
  • Plans, hires and manages employees on agile roles (Product Owner, People & Competence Manager, Scrum Master) with calibration and succession planning
  • Organizes and conducts operational team meetings regularly, individual one-one meetings on regular basis, monitors and analyses the indicators established for the department together with the team
  • Establishes, communicates and tracks the achievement of each direct report and the team
  • Supports onboarding process for new employees
  • Provides necessary quality documentation and supports quality audit, including audit responsibilities and Local Process Responsible (LPR)
  • Manages capacity in the context of overall performance
  • Supports the teams' ability to work and learn by removing hurdles and enabling solutions when designing the working environment.
  • Supports Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Supports and advises his employees in their personal development
  • Analyzes current competence gaps in coordination with relevant product owners and development teams

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree (diploma, master's degree or doctorate) in Business Administration or related work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the functional area
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience (full performance management cycle & talent development)
  • Experience in introducing and developing of shared service organizations or similar structures
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Organizational change management experience
  • Agile methods, e.g. SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN
  • Methods and instruments of quality management
  • MS Office, SAP R/3 SD,MM Modul, SAP APO, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
  • Constructive assertiveness and conflict capability
