Goal of Position

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive PEUS (Partner End User Sales) program across Asia Pacific (AP), in collaboration with sub region teams and AP functional leads, to deliver goals set in multi-year plan (MYP).
  • Analyze quantifiable market intelligence as part AP Sales Campaign, and steer sub region teams and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Lead monthly reviews with sub region distribution leads to monitor KPIs and tactical action plans to achieve annual sales and operative targets.
  • Automate and optimize business processes, including raw data extraction, to be used for AP & Global reporting. (E.g. Top Growth: VALUE initiatve).
  • Identify, validate and implement amplifiable strategies and campaigns with sub region Distribution Leads to drive profitable sales growth in Sectors - greenfield (minimal engagement) and brownfield (strong Schaeffler market influence); and Products/Solutions – identified and aligned products and solutions.
  • Ensure operational readiness (pricing, product, inventory, branding & awareness) to support growth strategies, by working closely with various AP functional leads in Pricing, Order Management, Marketing.
  • Review competitor distribution performance and competency to optimize Schaeffler Distribution business process as a guide to sub region distribution to improve Schaeffler’s wallet share, profitability and supply.
  • Drive adoption of End Customer Account Development Plans, prepared by Distributors to guide and steer business objectives and goals.
  • Work closely with Marketing AP, Medias Team to drive Digital Marketing Activities and Campaigns to support AP Distribution business growth.
  • Support AP Head in proper steering with yearly consolidation & review of overall Distribution’s Rebate & Incentive schemes
  • Prepare ECI, AP, Growth, Value reporting & documents

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years work experience, preferably in a sales channel management environment with exposure to business development
  • Possesses strong Project management skills in Business Process change, with a structured approach to processes, and an advocate of digitalization
  • Ability to work autonomously, highly resourceful and a strong team player
  • An entrepreneur mindset would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with high situational awareness
  • Organizationally savvy – able to engage individuals across multi-regions and cross-functions
  • Advanced level in MicroSoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse reporting system and Salesforce would be an advantage
