Your Key Responsibilities
- Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
- Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
- Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
- Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
- Validate machines and tools.
- Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
Your Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from four-year college or university
- Statistical knowledge in basic SPC, training in SPC, and engineering experiments
- Experience working within a manufacturing/production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, being able to identify trends and opportunities
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency in meeting customer expectations and delivering results.
- Strong organizational, motivation, and communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years production technology engineering experience.
