VLS Technical Train RepXpert(Automotive Aftermarket)

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Handling and running Vehicle truck Training ( RepXpert Truck) for on-site Technical Training.
2. Gain a thorough understanding of automotive technologies, including emerging trends like electric vehicles (EVs), autonomous driving, and advanced diagnostics.
3. Develop Aftermarket-specific training courses, Plan course curricula with department domain experts, Write and edit course materials, using internal and external sources
4. Inventory management of Training assets, Classroom preparedness and readiness
5. Provide administrative support to Aftermarket group
6. Comply with all company policies including Environmental Health and Safety
7. To provide technical support to customers and internal colleagues in ID
8. Understand mechanical/industrial equipment in order to communicate and train selected audiences (distribution, OEM’s, new sales personnel, etc)
9. Conduct training needs analysis to determine design needs, select strategies, and forecast expense
10. Generate post training assessments and evaluations
11. Design training materials to support a train-the-trainer approach
     

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor's and associate degree in Technical, Engineering, Design, Business, Technology, Manufacturing
2. 1-3 years relevant experience in Automotive Aftermarket and training
3. Experience in similar role appreciated
4. English language is minimum language, any SEA language is appreciated.
5. Familiar with Automotive Aftermarket business
6. Very good written and verbal skills in English
7. Strong technical product knowledge (production processes, materials, design, testing, Technically and economically minded. Knowledge in Schaeffler Products and production proces
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining short response and resolution time
9. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
10. Good team worker
11. Readiness for intensive travel in the region
12. Goal oriented, highly motivated, engaged and creative
