Your Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (along with Sales)

1. Responsible for the development and execution of a short, medium and long term business strategy for Schaeffler VLS Country Indonesia (R&MS, Specialty/OES, Specialty/TW, SMS and 3rd Platform business ) in line with the Asia Pacific roadmap

2. Sales and P&L responsibility for target setting and execution

3. Distribution channel development and management

4. R&MS, Specialty/OES, Specialty/TW, SMS and 3rd Platform business concept implementation and business development

5. Improve market intelligence

6. Identify new business opportunities / cooperations

7. Build up VLS Indonesia relevant business fields and customer structures

8. Continuous market research and market

Product Management (along with Product Management central team)

1. Identification of product gaps or range expansion

2. Creation of product catalogues

3. Technical training and support to customers

4. Warranty administration

Marketing (along with Sales and Marketing)

1. Monitor competitor activity and conduct market / customer surveys SCM / Logistics (along with SCM / Logistics) in Indonesia.

2. Improve lead time and delivery reliability

3. Optimize inventory and operational costs

Management, Administration

1. Lead the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions team in Country Indonesia

2. To manage and collaborate with the VLS SEA central function team to achieve profitability for the Country VLS Indonesia P&L, including SVA and FCF.

3. Budget planning and expenses control

4. Follow the internal approval and signature guidelines

5. Adhere to the Schaeffler group matrix structure and management guidelines

6. Communication and reporting to concerned divisions on Country VLS Indonesia

7. Contact person for all cross-sectional functions within the local Schaeffler organization

concerned with Country VLS Indonesia.

8. Build-up, Set up stretegy and develop the Country VLS Indonesia. To be PM/Leader to build up team, organization, knowledge and culture at the supervisor’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company operations.

Your Qualifications

• University degree, preferably Engineering or Business Administration related

• At least 15 years related working experience, preferably in an automotive aftermarket business

• Experience of working and living in global organization under matrix structure

• Technical know-how in the relevant field

• Strong leadership skills, minimum 10 years of leadership experience

• Strong goal-oriented implementation ability

• Strong strategic approach
