Your Key Responsibilities
- To further improve stock availability in VLS Indonesia & Distribution Centre warehouse to support sales growth in VLS Indonesia
- To decide allocation of critical items between Intercompany & External customer order
- To handle and delivery of Intercompany orders from VLS ID
- Liaise and coordinate with sales to review local stock articles.
- Development and improvement of demand planning, forecasting and prognosis methodologies and best practices.
- Assemble and analyze all data relevant to create internal forecast (historical forecast, market trends, sales promotion, car parc etc)-Regularly monitor and follow up demand changes from sales/business.
- Initiate collaborative planning programs with strategic customer.
- Identify and implement improvements in planning policies, processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement corrective actions in case of deviations between actual sales order vs forecast. -Decide allocation of critical / missing items between Intercompany and External customer orders
- Support and handle Intercompany orders from Japan, Korea and Australia and liaise with customer forwarder for shipment arrangement.
- Responsible to review and plan yearly BPC upload for intercompany purchase plan for each supplier
Your Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in SCM/Logistic or Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience in planning especially in Demand planning
- Able to work independently and highly goal oriented.
- Team player, excelent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with sales and customer service processes.
- English, fluently spoken and written.
- Expert in MS Office (Excel/Access)
- SAP R/3 modules MM/SD
