Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Turkish industrial lubricants sector.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on industrial end-users, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring close alignment with global and local teams through regular visits and continuous technical and commercial support.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide customers with advice on lubricant selection, application, and optimization for industrial machinery (e.g., machine producers, compressors, gearboxes, electrical motors, hydraulics, bearings).
  • Conduct lubrication surveys and performance improvement studies.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions for specific operating conditions and to troubleshoot lubricant-related issues.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and distributors.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation in alignment with company policies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient product delivery and service.
  • Work closely with the Sector & OEM Managers in relevant business areas.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial lubricant sales, design, R&D engineering, or maintenance roles.
  • Strong understanding of tribology, lubrication systems, and industrial equipment operation.
  • Proven ability to develop business within manufacturing or heavy industry segments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Turkey (with occasional visits to customer sites and trade events).
  • Technical expertise combined with strong commercial drive

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
