Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records for Digital personel file.
- Support HR data management and regular reportings
- Assist in organizing training sessions and company events
- Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices
- Support the HR with administrative tasks as needed
Your Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year of university students in BA degrees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good level of English
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
- At least 3 days presence at office
