Responsabilidades clave

• To take into action the gathering of personnel development and training needs, identifying the necessary training for the entire areas of the company. Proposing programs and solutions, with regard to promotion and the increase of the technical skills and soft skills collaborators within the profile established by the company.   
• Define and elaborate projects necessary for the vocational training and collaborators qualification, based on the Budget targets approved by the direction, maximizing the formula costs x benefit ratio.    
• To create physical and e-learning manuals and workbooks, to define the audiovisual and didactic resources that will be used in the training projects and programs, to implement learning, qualification and   
• adaptation programs of the teaching, as well as to participate in the definition of the evaluation criteria for the applied programs, with regard to the attention of the guidelines established by the company and the corporate guidelines.   
• To coordinate the development of the apprentices, students engineers and trainees during the different phases of the dual program, with the objective of promoting professional vocational training so as for them to become a part of the company's collaborators.    
• To define the criteria for evaluation for the training programs, as well as the elaboration of the training area controls, tables and calendars, observing the contribution for decision-making by the manager and attending the regulations established by the company.   
• To keep updating the training tables, calendar and data banks, targeting towards the divulgation of the existing programs and courses, as well as updating the historical record of all the collaborators of the company, coordinating the integration for new collaborators.   
• To participate in internal and external training courses, always under the orientation or ordered by the immediate superior, regarding the professional and personal development through technical and soft skills update.   
• To know all, the internally established regulations, instructions, and procedures (work safety, sustainability quality, first aid and others related with the position) by practising all the orientation and participating of the pertinent training courses, concerning the adoption of preventive actions to guarantee excellent environmental and working conditions at the company.
