Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export operations via air, land, and sea.
- Prepare all customs documentation for import and export processes.
- Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers and carriers. Review HTS codes for materials and non-customs regulations.
- Review COVE, electronic documents, and customs declarations. Draft instruction letters for customs brokers.
- Verify paid duties and commercial documents.
- Track shipments from origin to final destination. Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Coordinate pickups with various carriers (according to Incoterms).
- Conduct internal audits of monthly operations.
- Generate monthly KPIs.
- Provide daily and weekly arrival schedules.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years
- English Level: Advanced
- Required Knowledge: Import and export processes, logistics, transportation, customs law, free trade agreements, Official Mexican Standards (NOMs), and non-tariff regulations and restrictions
