Your Key Responsibilities
1 SFM Meetings
a) SFM meeting OG to TL & Top issues communicate PV b) Manpower planning (based on skill level operator license allocation, absenteeism, OT) cj KPI's updating (QCD) d) PCS list Updating
2 Shift Production planning (as per planning board CM22)
a) Ensure the production Urgency & DI importance b)Drying Process Planning. b) Sub assembly & Triber Packaging c) Packing material communication
3 Inspection Approval (First off/ last off/ Patrol / Re-first off)
4 All machine startup check list verification
5 Daily Layer audit check sheet update
6 Daily 5s check sheet update 7 Setting change activit
y a) Print out the setup check list, BOM, Bin cards, Process parameter check list b) Program transfer c) Process parameter verification 8 Two hours board updating (identify the production losses & best utilization of the buttle neck machines) 9 Confirmation of FGS movement parts HU label / clever lable 10 Operators skill level checking & training planning

Minimum 5 Years of experiance for this role.
