Your Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

•            Plan and coordinate all building facilities and central facility installations like HT and LT power system systems, transformers, Generators and Panels, UPS supply, Water supply , plumbing and fire hydrants systems, LPS systems like Access control, fire detectors, Gas detectors, Industrial waste water and Sewage and kitchen waste water treatment systems. etc.) and refurbishments of the same.

•            Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

•            Ensure the equipment’s and systems are working to their optimum efficiency always and conduct periodic review of their efficiency.

•            Conduct regular inspection of machines and equipment’s and identify the potential problems early to suggest for Preventive maintenance.

•            Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

•            Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. Maintain records related to facility usage, expenditure, and other operational data.

•            Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.

Your Qualifications

 bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electrical / mechanical discipline with minimum 10 years of experience in Facility management in industrial facility. An experience in Auto components industries is desirable. Having an MBA in facility management or related field is an added advantage.
