Your Key Responsibilities
Roles & Repsonsiblities:
Position : Manager Level
1.Develop and maintain monthly demand forecasts using sales trends, seasonality, and customer insights.
2.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align demand plans with business targets.
3.Monitor forecast accuracy and improve forecasting models through root‑cause analysis.
4.Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing obsolescence.
5.Coordinate with global and regional plants for supply confirmation and replenishment planning.
6.Support new product launches with data-driven demand estimations.
7.Track key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Inventory Health, and OTIF performance.
8.Generate demand planning reports for management review and decision-making.
Your Qualifications
Graduation in MBA / Business Administration / UG/PG Engineering
10-15 years of experience in Demand Management, preferably in Automotive Aftermarket Industry
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Proficiency in SAP / APO / IBP and Excel, PowerBI
