Sales & Customer Service Coord.

Goal of the position

This position is created for the Materials planning alingned with Production Planning in SIL Hosur, in line with the strategic goal for Schaeffler to optimize effectiveness, efficiency and performance according to the customer requirement.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for ensuring (C2C) customer demand fulfillment from demand capture to procurement and delivery to end customer.

2. Responsible for Perfect Material Planning according to the customer demands.

3. Responsible for releasing the schedules to the suppliers, on time and get the confirmations.
4. Ensure the Material availability 3 days in advance according to the Production Plan sequence
5. Responsible for on Supplier delivery’s (Delivery reliability)
6. Responsible Inventory Management & DOH. Keeping the RM Inventory under the Budget
7. Good Knowledge in ABC -XYZ analysis & Responsible for Mini - Max maintenance
8. Export Planning review and create the material availability.
9. Team Player
10. Responsible for Maintain 5S & knowledge of Kaizen / Idea Management.

Your Qualifications

1. Supply chain management process & 2-3 years Experience.
2. SAP & MS Office
