Your Key Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Position created for Handling customers, getting the schedules from customers, Updating in SAP, following up with production planners for the parts, Procurement team and Warehouse till it reaches customer end.
· To Interact with customers regarding supplies.
. To get the schedules from the customers on monthly basis
· To follow up with production planners ensuring the parts are produced as per customer's requirement and priority.
· Preparing list of critical parts every Wednesday for attending DCC meeting.
· Sending dispatch details to the customers
. To follow-up with Transporters for placement of Customers vehicle on daily basis whenever is required
· To follow-up with Warehouse team to ensure that parts are dispatched on timely basis.
