Your Key Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.First Off Approval for all Process Shop wise (Set up / Shift Change ) as per the Control Plan and setup checklist to be attached with the first off record
2. Functional characteristics to be check as per Control Plan requirement
3.Identifying and Solving Quality improvement projects related to first off issues
4.Each line wise rejection monitoring , recording ( both final & In process ) and take a preliminary actions for the major rejections
5. Highlighting all the issues related to New projects and communicate to Concern team.
6. Identifying the Non - Conformance in process and products. If found Non - Conformance stop the line, Hold the Parts and inform to Shift In charge for Quarantine the Parts.
7.Identify potential risks and cross check for production approval activity like, First-off, Set up checklist, startup check list, part identification, Final inspection,
8. Poka-Yoke and its validation practice.
9 Regular line visit to cross verify the customer related actions.
10.Ensure operators are aware about recent customer complaints.
