Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Inprocess Inspection and timely Clearance as per Control Plan
- Responsible for ICC Action Clousre as per timeline with PDCA
- Responsible for Coordinating and support with CFT for day to day problem solving
- Responsible for Premilinary analysis for Daily Rejection Analaysis and Corrective action
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
- Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve part excellence
- Supervise the production process to ensure the Quality Requirements fullfillement
- Responsible for PDI Inspection for Inhouse and Export Parts
- Responsible for Conduction Process audit and action closure as per timeline
- Responsible for Coordinating and support for Quality Improvement Projects
- Responsible for NonConformity Identfiying and handling as per MH
- Responsible for Implementing Kaizens and Pokayoke
Your Qualifications
à Experince DME with 2 to 5 years.
àKnowledage of core tool . (8D,Control Plan ,PFMEA ,SPC,QC Tools).
àKnowledge in clutch product and it’s failure mode impact
