Your Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Customer Service activities. 
• Responsible for Order Management for OES Customers. 
• Responsible for Transportation Management. 
• Responsible for MIS & KPI Monitoring. 
• Responsible for Material Planning based on the Customers Backorder. 
• Responsible for MRP (Material Requirements Planning). 
• Responsible for Kitting Operation Planning to Warehouse team. 
• Responsible for availability of Packaging material for Kitting operations. 
• Responsible for OES Customer Account Receivables , Supplementary Preparation , CN/DN Preparation 
• Knowledge of OEM’s Customer Portal , (ASN, EDI , GRN , PO Amendments) 

Your Qualifications

Formal prerequisites for the position

• Graduation/Diploma in Business Administration 
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Automotive Industry 
• Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills and SAP – SD & MM Module 
• Strong communication skills - Preferably multi-lingual (English, Hindi and regional language) Hindi Mandatory
