Your Key Responsibilities

  • Executes order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
  • Responds to customers inquiries and complaints and detects reasons for logistics problems arising.
  • Provides explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
  • Identifies optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and reports to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
  • Ensures that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.

Your Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in SCM / logistics function
