Your Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Execute sales strategies either direct business or gaining market share through 
  • Distributors in a defined regional territory and achieve annual sales target 
  • Expand market share through recruiting new customers & OEM while keeping loyalty 
  • customers through maintaining good relationships 
  • Coordinate closely with other regions to avoid ovelapped offering 
  • Provide quality after-sales services including technical problem advisory etc. 
  • Follow-up on debt collection and overdue orders 
  • Implement company credit policies when negotiating sales contract with customers e.g. 
  • credit period, credit amount, letter of credit payment, advance deposits etc. 
  • Coordinate with Application Engineering/Marketing etc. on product and technical seminars 
  • Periodic sales reporting to enable management's monitoring and decision making 

Marketing:

  • Conduct seminars, support Marketing team to organize exhibitions and symposiums including visiting design institutions 
  • Collect competitors' offer and market movement 

Your Qualifications
