Your Key Responsibilities
• Key tasks includes handling of customer enquiries and providing an offer quotation. Required to look into checking on the material source, material status, leadtime (and liaise with the factories for improvements), reviewing Global Available Monitor GAM for the stocks as well as checking on the airfreight costs, if require.
• Setting up in SAP the new customer accounts and ongoing updates in the customer master including data maintenance
• Liaising with Pricing for special price requests from the customers or to verify price and price structure including occasional checking.
• Responsible for triggering the Request for Material Master (RFMM) for encoding on new materials. Liaising with plant for lead time improvements to gain competitive market leadtime rather direct from SAP.
• Ensure KPIs are met. Order Generation scope and to ensure the current RPA is operating well.
• To ensure all valid customers quotation have to go through quote release process via SAP system Contracts Management support to Sales when require.
Your Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain Management / Diploma in Logistics or equivalent education, with minimum 2-4 years relevant experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, also SAP S4 Hanna or EP1 (MM and SD modules)
Some knowledge on data analysis skills with pivot tables in EXCEL
Will be trained on our online Ecommerce Platform Medias and will be a user in this area. General understanding of RPA (Robotic Programming Automation) and how it is used in daily work
Intercultural skills and prior experience of working and communication with various stakeholders inter-department-wise
Good communication skill in English and another language Able to work independently and in a team, in a cross cultural environment
