Your Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Responsibility for our intranet presence and the internal Viva Engage community, as well as developing creative communication materials that create transparency and increase the engagement of our target audiences
- Team Event and Workshop Coordination: Planning and moderating workshops and events in English for our global team (both virtually and on-site) and actively participating in team meetings
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assisting with regular HR data analyses to further optimize processes and support our projects
- Project Management: Actively participating in our projects and managing individual work packages
- Support for the Leadership Team: Contributing to various initiatives and topics - from creating presentations for top management to independent project tasks
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR, Project Management or Controlling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
- Fluent spoken and written German and English
- Proactive work style, communication skills as well as an independent and reliable way of working, along with motivation for personal development
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage and Jira is advantageous
