The position is a parental leave replacement and is limited to a fixed term of 18 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement surveys, pulse checks, and other feedback mechanisms to assess cultural alignment and employee engagement. • Facilitate change management processes to support cultural transformation.
• Lead initiatives to integrate cultural aspects in the improvement of employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
• Analyze feedback data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cultural transformation.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to integrate feedback into decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the employee feedback landscape is aligned with the company's strategic goals and cultural initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of feedback initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary and provide regular reports and insights on employee sentiment and cultural alignment.
Your Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
• Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation.
• Strong understanding of leadership development and team dynamics.
• Experience with employee engagement programs and performance management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
