Your Key Responsibilities

  • Independently advising and supporting our customers in the optimisation and digitalisation of global HR processes as a link between HR and IT as well as external partners
  • Independently analyse, define and review incoming requirements for HR systems, taking into account the end-to-end approach
  • Technical support and further development of the HR systems with focus on the master system SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management Germany
  • Implementation of the annual / monthly process in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay in a global context and consideration of the existing interfaces to ServiceNow for HR Services in the Shared Service Centre, Aconso Document Management System and Digital Personal File from OpenText
  • Management of testing and quality assurance with Jira quality assurance system with local and global orientation up to the final release to IT for changes and new implementations in the HR systems
  • Support and responsibility for local and global projects
  • Supporting global HR data domain management (e.g. data deletion, defining data quality assurance measures, access rights control, etc.) in compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
  • Independent creation or review of legally compliant technical application concepts and descriptions for system changes and new implementations in cooperation with IT or the requesting departments

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in project management in the HR environment
  • In-depth experience with HR systems, in particular SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) and high IT affinity
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • High degree of analytical and systematic thinking in combination with strong communication skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity and international teamwork skills
